November 26, 2021 Army College of Dental Sciences One day training programme on Biomedical Waste Management was conducted on 26th November 2021, Friday at Sushrutha Auditorium, Army College of Dental Sciences. The program was initiated by Dr. Subramanya Sharma, Principal, coordinated by Dr. E. Soujanya, Reader Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics in association with Scientific Academic Forum. All undergraduate, postgraduate students, teaching and non teaching staff attended the program. Mr.B.Rajkumar, Assistant Manager of GJ MulticlavePvt.Ltd. delivered lecture on Biomedical waste management. Explained about various sources of biomedical waste, how to segregate and store in various color-coded bins. Highlighted transformation from conventional to newer methods for waste management system likebarcode to QR Code system.It was an interactive session, students and staff actively involved in the program.overall feedback for the program was good.
